Find Job Openings and Reach Out to Hiring Managers Automatically 🧐

Not my favorite approach (because it's often crowded and misused), but job openings are a powerful signal for sales people that a company might be interested in what they offer. This is especially true for recruitment agencies, for which it's an obvious trigger.

Taking that into account, I wanted to share a workflow that helps you automatically find job openings, identify the hiring managers for those positions, and send them hyper-personalized messages at scale – all without the manual grunt work! 🤖

How do you get started?

As a starting point, you can use:

• A list of companies from your CRM

• A list of new comapnies from your target market

• Or simply find companies/jobs in Clay, Apollo, or your provider of choice

🔍 From there, we look for specific jobs in specific locations. When we find at least one job opening – bingo! Our trigger is there, and we have the green light to send our message.

🔍 But first, we need to find the hiring managers. Again, you can use Clay, Apollo, etc. to find potential hiring managers.

Example: if my trigger is when they're hiring an SDR, then I want to find the Business Development or Sales Development Manager.

🔍 We find their emails using the waterfall method in Clay or with providers like Lead Magic, Findymail, Prospeo, etc.

🤖 Then the magic happens! We use ChatGPT to hyper-personalize our message using the information we gathered about the open role and its description.

What I love most about these workflows is that once we set them up, they require minimal maintenance but continue helping us find new job openings daily, identify hiring managers, and send personalized emails – all while we focus on closing the meetings that come in! How cool is that? 😎
